HANDLE MATERIALS
Canvas Micarta is an ideal material for knife handles. When dry, it is smooth and free of hot spots. Then, when wet, the material actually becomes slightly grippier. It will not shrink or crack like wood and is tough enough to withstand the rigors of outdoor use.
